Industrial Collaboration

National Institute of Mass Communication (NIMC) has an industry collaboration with Himalayan University, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India, under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. This status enables Himalayan University to offer higher education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The university is included on the UGC-approved list and is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the Pharmacy Council of India, the Bar Council of India, the Rehabilitation Council of India, among other national and international bodies.
